BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah (by phone), Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain Swain, Jake Class, Jake Strohmeyer, Jared Zwygart and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:01.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the December 10, 2014 meeting.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to accept the financial report and approve payment of all bills.

Jared Zwygart gave a report on his annual audit of the McCall Fire Protection District finances.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to accept the audit as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:
Pat handed out the first monthly report from Systems Design for review by the Commissioners.
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
EMS:  Captain Swain updated the Commissioners on EMS.
PREVENTION/INSPECTION:  Chief Billmire and Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspection.
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire reported on training.
VOLUNTEERS:  Jake Strohmeyer reported on volunteers.
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Captain Swain reported on apparatus.
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat and Chief Billmire reported on administration.
LOCAL 4564:  Captain Swain reported on local 4564.
NEW BUSINESS:
Chief Billmire and the Commissioners discussed this year’s Brundage Mountain Contract.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to accept the Brundage Mountain Contract as written.
