Present:  Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Jay Mentzer, Jonas Bean, Jill Chapman, Tyler Paul and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Noah called the meeting to order at 07:08.

Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the May 11, 2016 meeting.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
 
Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Hill moved to pay the bills as presented.

MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
 
EMS: Jay Mentzer reported on EMS
 
PREVENTION/INSPECTION:  Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspection.
 
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire reported on training.
 
VOLUNTEERS:  Tyler Paul, Chief Billmire and Jonas Bean reported on volunteers.
 
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Chief Billmire reported on apparatus.
 
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat Dumont, Assistant Chief de Jong, and Chief Billmire reported on administration.
 
LOCAL 4564:  Jay Mentzer reported on local 4564.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
 
Chief Billmire indicated he has begun working on the 2016-17 budget.
 
Jill Chapman and Chief Billmire gave an update on our EMS billing service.
 
 
Motion:  Commissioner Noah made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 07:52.
