BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Jay Mentzer, Heather Thiry, Jill Chapman, Jennifer Bisom, Craig Peterson, Joe Becker, Jordan Ockunzzi, Matt Caldwell and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:00.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the April 12, 2017 meeting.

Chief Billmire read the financial reports.
 
Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial reports and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.

REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
 
EMS: Jill Chapman and Jay Mentzer reported on EMS.
 
PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspection.
 
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Heather Thiry and Jay Mentzer reported on training.
 
VOLUNTEERS:  Matt Caldwell reported on the volunteers.
 
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Chief Billmire reported on apparatus.
 
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat, Chief Billmire and Jill Chapman reported on administration.
 
LOCAL 4564:  Craig Peterson reported on local 4564.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
 
Commissioner Noah made a motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code sec 74-206(1)b  All three Commissioners agreed and they went into executive session at  07:46.
 
Commissioner Binder called the public meeting back to order at 08:23.
 
Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 08:24.
