BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Jason Lawhorn, August Wheeler, Captain Class, Heather Thiry, Matt McMahan, Captain VanMiddendorp, Jill Chapman, and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the October 11, 2017 meeting.

Chief Billmire read the financial statements.
 
Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial statements and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:
 
Assistant Chief de Jong updated the Commissioners on station expansion.
 
Chief Billmire and Assistant Chief de Jong updated the Commissioners on the new ambulance and new engine.
 
REPORTS:
VOLUNTEERS:  Chief Billmire reported on volunteers.
 
LOCAL 4564: August Wheeler reported on local 4564.
 
EMS: Jill Chapman and Captain VanMiddendorp reported on EMS.
 
PREVENTION/INSPECTIONS:  Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention/inspections.
 
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire reported on training.
 
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Captain Class reported on apparatus/equipment.
 
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat Dumont and Chief Billmire reported on administration.
 
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the monthly report.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
 
Chief Billmire went over the Annual Report with the Commissioners.
Commissioner Binder made a motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2345 (1)b
All three Commissioners agreed and they went into executive session with Chief Billmire at 07:57.
 
Commissioner Binder called the public meeting back to order at 08:20.
 
Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 08:21.
