Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah by phone, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain VanMiddendorp, Tyler Paul, Joe Becker, Matt McMahan. Bob Vosskuhler, Jill Chapman, and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the August 9, 2017 and August 23, 2017 Budget meetings.

Chief Billmire went over the financial statements.
 
Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial statements and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:
 
Chief Billmire reviewed the Idaho First Bank Public Money Market Account.  Commissioner Hill Made a motion to move our money from the Idaho State Investment Pool into the Idaho First Public Money Market Account.

VOLUNTEERS:  Bob Vosskuhler, Matt McMahan and Chief Billmire reported on the volunteers.
 
LOCAL 4564: Captain VanMiddendorp reported on Local 4564.
 
EMS: Jill Chapman, Captain VanMiddendorp and Chief Billmire reported on EMS.
 
PREVENTION/INSPECTIONS:  Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention/inspection.
 
TRAINING: Captain VanMiddendorp and Chief Billmire reported on training.
 
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Chief Billmire reported on apparatus/equipment.
 
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat, Assistant Chief de Jong and Chief Billmire reported on administration.
 
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the monthly report.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
 
Chief Billmire reviewed the 2017-18 Valley County EMS Contract.
Commissioner Hill made a motion to accept the 2017-18 Valley County EMS Contract as presented.
