Now Hiring: Director of Planning & Administrative Services
McCall Fire Protection District, in collaboration with the Valley Countywide EMS District and Valley County fire agencies, is hiring a Director of Planning & Administrative Services to strengthen regional coordination and support long-term planning for public safety.
This position leads administrative and strategic planning functions — including budgeting, grants, risk management, and interagency coordination — and plays an active role in incident management and emergency response support.
The Director serves as part of the District’s Incident Management Team, qualifying under Idaho’s PERSI Rule of 80 for public safety employees.
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in public administration or emergency services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR certification required; EMT preferred (within one year)
This position is hosted by McCall Fire Protection District on behalf of partner agencies to support efficient, countywide collaboration.
