BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present:  Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain VanMiddendorp, August Wheeler, Eric Dyrud, Matt Caldwell, Jason Clay and Pat Dumont.
Acting Chair Sadie Noah called the meeting to order at 07:09.
Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to approve minutes from the April 10, 2013 meeting

Motion carried.
Chief Billmire read the financial report.
Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to accept the financial report and approve payment of all bills.

OLD BUSINESS;
Chief Billmire updated on Hazard Mitigation plan.
Chief Billmire updated on Woody Debris Program.  This year it will start Memorial Day Weekend and last thru the end of June and then again for the month of October.
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
EMS:  August updated on EMS classes.  Captain VanMiddendorp has completed Paramedic training.
PREVENTION/ INSPECTION:  Assistant Chief de Jong updated on two new restaurants in town and expansion of North Fork Lodge.
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire updated on training
VOLUNTEERS:  Matt Caldwell stated that the new training schedule is working.  Also we have 3 new volunteers.
APPARATUS/ EQUIPMENT:  Assistant Chief de Jong informed the Commissioners that Dusty was here last week and went over all the trucks.
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat stated everything is fine.
Chief Billmire stated that burn permits start this Friday, May 10th
