Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah (by phone), Chief Billmire, Captain VanMiddendorp, August Wheeler, Eric Dyrud and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve minutes from the August 14, 2013 meeting.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to accept the financial report and approve payment of all bills.

OLD BUSINESS:
Chief Billmire updated the Commissioners on recent Wildland Deployments.
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
EMS:  Captain VanMiddendorp and August Wheeler reported on EMS activities.
PREVENTION/INSPECTIONS:  Chief Billmire reported on prevention/inspections.
VOLUNTEERS:  Chief Billmire indicated there was a business meeting scheduled for later that day.
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Chief Billmire reported on vehicles and equipment.
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat reported on administration actions.
NEW BUSINESS:
Chief Billmire and Commissioners discussed the 2013-2014 Valley County EMS Contract and the Valley County Communications MOU.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to accept the 2013-2014 Valley County EMS Contract.
